The Intervention development & Implementation department of Rutgers Nisso Groep uses participatory and interactive methods while developing interventions. The target group is involved in the decision making process. Based on extensive literature studies, in cooperation with the Information Centre and the Research department, assessments are made to learn the needs of a target group. The interventions that are developed are therefore very diverse. Final results include concrete products such as flyers, websites, as well as education materials and trainings.
Before an intervention is introduced on the market, it is thoroughly pre-tested. Following a pre-test a pilot project is developed. After evaluation interventions are standardised and implemented based.

Consultancy
