Good news from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
On 31st March we received great news that the preliminary grant application within the MFS-II framework, that the Rutgers Nisso Groep together with the other members of the SRHR consortium has submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been approved. This means that we have got the go-ahead to elaborate our proposal of a five-year programme for sexual and reproductive health and rights in ten developing countries in Africa and Asia. The full proposal has to be submitted before 1st July 2010.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has allowed 20 applications of 43 that have been submitted to pass to the next stage.
The consortium consists of World Population Foundation (lead agency), Rutgers Nisso Groep, AMREF, CHOICE, dance4life international, and Simavi.
